Impact North Shore is honoured to participate in the North Vancouver Chamber’s Business Excellence Awards for the second year. We sponsor the Excellence in Equity award presented to a North Vancouver organization that exemplifies leadership and commitment to equitable practices and initiatives that build an inclusive workplace and community.
We were honoured to present this year’s Excellence in Equity award to Presentation House Theatre, a true leader in equity and inclusion. They were chosen for their commitment to intentionally working from a decolonized mindset through workplace policy, education for staff, and ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in their hiring process. Presentation House provides numerous, intentional opportunities to centre and strengthen youth, queer and BIPOC voices.
