This child care career information session offers firsthand insights from an expert, providing valuable knowledge for anyone considering a career in this field. Learn from a Ukrainian professional in Canada about how you can start a career in child care.

Join us for an inspiring session with a Ukrainian professional who successfully got her Early Childhood Educator (ECE) and Special Needs Educator (SNE) licenses in Canada. She will share her story and walk you through the steps she took.

Topics include:

  • Personal career journey: obtaining licenses to work in daycares in Canada
  • Understanding the role of an Early Childhood Educator
  • How to transition to the field in Canada
  • Steps to becoming a certified ECE & SNE in Canada
  • Guidance on credential assessment, finding programs, and navigating the licensing process
