For parents and guardians with teenage children

Join us to gain understanding about the mental health needs and potential challenges of your teens.

This three-session series will provide insight from experienced, certified counsellors about youth mental health challenges and self-care techniques for parents.

Topics include:

  • Thursday, January 16: when should you worry about your youth’s mental wellbeing?
  • Thursday, January 23: Parent burnout and self-care techniques
  • Thursday, January 30: Tour and orientation to the Foundry Youth Mental Health Services
