Employer Network: Youth Elevate Program

The Youth Elevate Program at Impact North Shore is a government-funded employment initiative that connects local employers with motivated, job-ready youth. Our goal is to help employers access ready-to-work talent while equipping youth with the skills they need to thrive in today’s workforce.

Employers who partner with the Youth Elevate program can benefit from a wage subsidy, making it easier and more cost-effective to hire enthusiastic, pre-trained candidates who are ready to contribute to your business.

This program is government-funded and free of charge.
