We Want to Hear from You: Survey for Youth Ages 15-24

Posted on

Your Voice Matters

We are running a survey for youth (ages 15–24) to learn about your experiences with things like discrimination, friendships, and mental wellness. What you share will help us make our programs better for youth and also guide schools, parents/caregivers, and community services to better support you.

Begin the Survey here.

Your Voice, Your Choice

Taking part is totally voluntary; you can skip any question or stop anytime. Your answers (or choosing not to answer) won’t affect any services you get from us

Your Privacy Matters

We’ll ask a few optional questions about identity (like immigration, language, gender, etc.) to help us understand different experiences. You don’t have to answer if you don’t want to. All responses are private and only shared as part of group results, never individually.

How will the results be used?

Survey findings will be shared in reports with our staff, schools, parents/caregivers, funders, and community partners. We’ll also include them in our annual report so the wider community can learn how to better support youth.

You could win a gift card!

At the end of the survey, you can enter a draw for a $50 gift card.
