Posted on

We are pleased to announce that our first-ever, digital Annual Impact Report is now available! Through this new interactive digital format, we share highlights and achievements from 2022-23 as we explore the theme of Moving Together: Building Pathways for the Future.

Every year, we touch over 8,500 lives, including im/migrants, volunteers, partners and staff, providing comprehensive and innovative services and community engagement opportunities that cater to the unique needs of im/migrants.

Through Our Vision of Change, and our four strategic pillars; Health, Learning and Innovation, Leadership, and Sustainability, the 2023 Annual Impact Report, illustrates the social conditions, factors and effects Impact North Shore responds to and how we are building pathways to change. Through articles such as Leveraging the Power of Art: Cultivating Understanding of the Im/migrant Experience and Reducing Barriers to Labour Market Attachment: Empowering Youth to Gain Employment you will gain insight into the impacts of Impact North Shore’s work in 2022-2023. Visit our Annual Impact Report website to explore these topics and more.

Some highlights from this year include:

  • 7,100+ received specialized support on their immigration journeys from the Immigrant Service Centre
  • 2,000+ im/migrants enhanced knowledge, skills and connections for labour market integration through our employment services
  • 950+ community members participated in the design and testing of new innovation approaches
