Join this program to learn health and wellness information for you and your family and gain the confidence and motivation to access health services, as well as build your social and support networks.

  • Mental health for immigrant families
  • Legal information related to health
  • Common English vocabulary for medical/health situations

Who can attend?

  • Immigrant women who are over 18
  • North Shore residents
  • Women interested in the health care system and want to share what they learn with their families
  • Permanent Residents, Canadian Citizens, and Convention Refugees
