Program participants receive realistic views of local markets, opportunities, and challenges along the entrepreneur path. Participants meet mentors and network with other entrepreneurs and are introduced to the local Chambers of Commerce to form connections with business sector leaders. This guidance is invaluable for newcomers, many of whom are unfamiliar with the intricacies of starting a business in Canada. 98% of participants agreed that they received valuable information and increased their knowledge about starting a business in Canada.
